Fairview Haven Care Center has the capacity to house 51 people.
We offer skilled services and are certified for Medicare and Medicaid.

Fairview Haven has a generous staffing ratio, giving caregivers ample time to connect with residents and bring meaning and joy to their lives.

Amenities include: waterfall garden and lovely patios to invite social mingling in the sunshine, pets, 24-hour snack/beverage bar, tasty home-cooking, noon soup and salad bar, gathering rooms for resident hospitality, private dining room, Snoezelen accessories for sensory stimulation, Abundant Life memory support activities program.

Fairview Haven Care Center

A sense of community, a sense of family, a sense of home infuses the atmosphere as residents of Fairview Haven Retirement Community congregate daily in the living room or library to share the events of their lives.

The people who live at Fairview Haven are encouraged and assisted to pursue an active mental, physical and social life. Involvement in the community is promoted through outings to restaurants, school programs, downtown events, etc. Continued learning is encouraged through community-sponsored events and the use of technology (i.e. computers, iPads, free wireless internet). Spiritual nourishment is provided through Sunday church services and Bible meditation.

An active therapy and exercise team strives to keep each person at his optimum physical condition. Fairview Haven also assists many people with rehabilitation back to their homes in the community following surgery or health crises.

The Fairview Haven team strives to provide person-centered care in a friendly, community environment. Fairview Haven's goals are excellent customer service and serving residents and families as unique individuals in creative ways to the best of our abilities. To achieve this, we are continually training our team.

It is our desire to consider God and His blessings in all our endeavors and to keep our home a spiritual haven for those who share with us their golden years.

​Our Journey ... 

Fairview Haven's vision statement reflects our commitment to a growing national movement that seeks to transform the experience of aging and return a sense of home and community to senior living establishments. 

In our journey over the past years, we have adopted various innovations, such as restaurant-style dining and extended breakfast hours; unique activities, (camping out and pontoon boat rides); adopting pets to benefit physical and mental health.

We have re-shaped our environment by demolishing the central hub nurses' station and creating a cozy living room; and continue to renovate resident bedrooms and living areas.

We are committed to continually advancing in our pursuit of person-centered care. Our newest venture is Serenity Villa, a memory support care home built as a household.
