Fairview Haven Care Center has the capacity to house 51 people.
We offer skilled services and are certified for Medicare and Medicaid.

Fairview Haven has a generous staffing ratio, giving caregivers ample time to connect with residents and bring meaning and joy to their lives.

Amenities include: waterfall garden and lovely patios to invite social mingling in the sunshine, 24-hour snack/beverage bar, tasty home-cooking, soup and salad bar, gathering rooms for resident hospitality, Abundant Life memory support activities program.

A sense of community, a sense of family, a sense of home infuses the atmosphere as residents of Fairview Haven congregate daily in the living room or library to share the events of their lives.

The people who live at Fairview Haven are encouraged and assisted to pursue an active mental, physical and social life. Involvement in the community is promoted through outings to restaurants, school programs, downtown events, etc. Continued learning is encouraged through community-sponsored events and the use of technology (i.e. computers, iPads, free wireless internet). Spiritual nourishment is provided through Sunday church services and Bible meditation.

An active therapy and exercise team strives to keep each person at his optimum physical condition. Fairview Haven also assists many people with rehabilitation back to their homes in the community following surgery or health crises.

It is our desire to consider God and His blessings in all our endeavors and to keep our home a spiritual haven for those who share with us their golden years.
