Your new premier assisted living residence will feature 29 thoughtfully designed apartments, each offering approximately 600 square feet of spacious personal living space. Beyond their apartments, residents will enjoy ample common areas created for connection, relaxation, and community life. More than just a place to live, this residence will be a place to thrive—with the right balance of independence and support to age in place with dignity.
Age-in-place in this new Assisted Living. Currently due to staffing ratios, Fairview Haven Assisted Living cannot meet your needs to age-in-place (stay in the same location until you pass away). With the newly constructed Serenity Villa Assisted Living, you will be able to stay longer with a large percentage never moving to skilled nursing. Our typical resident could save 29% by aging-in-place AND enjoy privacy and dignity until their last breath.
Please note, there are needs that Serenity Villa Assisted Living will not be able to meet due to regulatory requirements. We anticipate that over 50% of residents will never have to transition and those that do transition will still be able to save costs by reducing the amount of time they spend in Skilled Nursing.
