Services at Fairview Suites include:     • Three buffet-style meals per day served in the Fairview Suites Dining Room.
  • Weekly housekeeping services.
  • Weekly laundry services.
  • Maintenance and repair.
  • Paid utilities (except telephone and TV).
  • Access to Fairview Haven's religious, activities and social programs.
  • Emergency response call button (Lifeline).


CHOOSE YOUR OWN LIFESTYLE:
  Choose Your Own Lifestyle is a plan by which tenants who qualify can choose and purchase only the services desired or any combination of services. (To qualify, tenants must be evaluated and approved by Fairview Suites management.)

  Dining Services:
      • Cook independently
      • One meal/day served in Fairview Suites dining room
      • Two meals/day served in Fairview Suites dining room
      • Three meals/day served in Fairview Suites dining room
      • Room service for one meal/day
      • Room service for two meals/day
      • Room service for three meals/day

  Homemaker Services:
      • Clean independently with deep cleaning done for you twice a year
      • Weekly housecleaning service
      • Monthly housecleaning service

  Laundry Services:
      • Do your laundry independently
      • Weekly laundry service
