Making Homemade Sausage

Grinding The Pork for Sausage

On Thursday, Feb. 19,
we made home-stuffed sausage
with the help of one of our volunteers,
who is an expert butcher.
Many of us have years of experience
with butchering also.

Then, on Feb. 20, we celebrated
International Pancake Day
with pancakes and
our own home-stuffed sausage.

The first step is to cut up the pork into small pieces for grinding.
