Services at Fairview Estates include:
  • Three buffet-style meals per day served in the Fairview Estates Dining Room.
  • Weekly housekeeping services.
  • Weekly laundry services.
  • Maintenance and repair.
  • Paid utilities (except telephone and TV).
  • Access to Fairview Haven's religious, activities and social programs.
  • Emergency response call button (Lifeline).
  • Access to nursing services, such as medication management, assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), etc.

Various long-term care insurance policies cover Assisted Living services. Check with your agent. If you qualify, this is a less expensive option than the nursing care center.
